Movement specifications, case materials, water resistance ratings, and features stated in our product listings are provided as accurately as possible.

If a product does not match its description, please contact our Customer Care team and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

2. One-Year Warranty — Guaranteed

Every watch purchased from Obsidian is protected by a full 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures arising under normal use conditions.

If your watch develops a fault covered by our warranty, our Customer Care team will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.

Coverage for manufacturing defects for 12 months.
No hidden clauses beyond reasonable warranty exclusions.
Warranty assistance handled directly by our Customer Care team.
Repair or replacement when applicable under the terms of the warranty.

3. 30-Day Satisfaction Return

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may contact us to initiate a return.

To qualify, the watch must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Secure & Professional Packaging

Your timepiece will arrive packaged with the care it deserves. Every order is carefully inspected and prepared prior to dispatch.

We take care to ensure your watch is securely packaged for international transportation. If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with details and supporting photographs so that we can assess the situation and assist with the appropriate resolution.
